How much does a matchmaker cost?
Between $8,000 and $500,000, depending on what you are buying. Independent matchmakers working one city usually run $10,000 to $25,000. National firms with a dedicated recruiter run $25,000 to $150,000. Most people who hire a matchmaker pay between $8,000 and $40,000 for a six month engagement. Almost no firm publishes these numbers.
